Procedure

Enter Customer ID (10 Digit starting with 100XXXXXXXX) in the given box and press Proceed Button OR Select Search by Mobile no option and enter your registered mobile number to search Customer ID.
Please click on 'Proceed’ and your account details shall be displayed.
In case your mobile number is registered in more than one account, if you search by mobile number all the accounts will be displayed. Please ‘Select’ the account for which you wish to make payment
Please verify the displayed details like your registered mobile number and your email id. In case you wish to update the details, please do write to us on contact@torrentgas.com OR Call our toll free Customer Service numbers. (Click Here for our Toll Free numbers).
To know the applicable service charges, please click on the tab of Applicable charges.
Please verify the payable amount and Click 'Pay Now'.
Payment screen will be displyed.
Select your payment option.
Click 'Make Payment'.
Please verify the payable amount and Click 'Proceed to Pay'.
Payment receipt will be sent to your registered email id and SMS with transaction ID will be delivered to your registered mobile number.
The debited amount shall reflect in your Torrent Gas account within 2 working days.
