Procedure

  • Click on Search
  • You have option to request for our representative’s visit to your residence by clicking on Arrange Visit OR you may decide to apply for PNG connection online by providing required information and uploading required documents.
  • Arrange Visit
    • Click arrange visit option
    • Please fill out the required information on the page. Please note the field marked as * are mandatory.
    • You will receive notification number on the successful registration of your request.
    • Our representative will be informed and will contact you for suitable time to complete the formalities.
  • Apply Online
    • We request you to visit ‘Document Checklist’ section to know the documents required before proceeding for the online application. Please note that you can upload the documents in JPG, PDF or in PNG format having file size up to 2 MB.
    • Click Apply online option once you are ready with required documents.
    • We request you to fill out required information. Please note the field marked as * are mandatory.
    • Please fill the required information on first page, click on Next and continue filling information on the second page.
    • Please continue filing the required information on Second page.
    • In case you are an existing LPG customer, please provide the details of the connection on page 3.
    • You need to provide the NOC of landlord in case you are a tenant at the premises and are applying for new connection. Please download format of the landlord NOC, fill up the required details, obtain the signature of landlord and upload a scanned copy of the document.
    • Review the terms and condition, accept the same and Submit the application.
    • You will receive confirmation on successful submission of your application.
    • You can check the status of your application by clicking “Check application Status”.
    • You can search the status of your application by entering 12-digit reference number OR your mobile number or by your email ID.
    • You will receive SMS and E-mail confirming the approval of application and a link will be provided to make online payment.
    • In case additional information or document is required, same will be notify to you via SMS and Email. Additional documents can be submitted via “Check application Status” window. Resubmit button will be display whenever additional documents need to be uploaded.
    • In case the application cannot be approved, you shall be informed through SMS and E-mail along with the reason.
    • On receipt of payment, your 10-digit customer id number will be generated and conveyed to you on your registered mobile number and registered e-mail address.
    • If the online payment is not successful, you may reattempt the same after some time. However, if the problem continues you may please inform us on our Toll-free Customer Service numbers or write to us on contact@torrentgas.com
