- Please mention your Customer ID (Mentioned on your Torrent Gas Bill) and contact number on the back of the cheque.
- Please use separate cheques for each individual bills.
- Outstation or post-dated cheques cannot be processed.
- Please do not make part payment of your bill at the drop boxes; such cheques will not be processed and will be returned.
