This is to confirm that I ___________________________________________ am the lawful owner/co-owner of the property __________________________________________________________________________________________________ (address where PNG connection is applied for).

I understand that Torrent Gas is the government authorised utility for supply of Piped Natural Gas (PNG) in the area, and my tenant, Mr./Mrs./Ms./Dr. ___________________________________________ is interested in taking PNG connection from Torrent Gas at my above mentioned property. I hereby grant my NO OBJECTION to Torrent Gas for giving such gas supply connection in the name of my Tenant. I understand that gas bill neither reflects a title nor can it be used as a proof of ownership of any property or premise. I permit and authorise Torrent Gas and its representatives to enter my premise to carry out necessary activities as may be required to lay pipeline and setup Gas Meter to provide PNG connection. I shall ensure that my tenant has made full payment of all gas connection and supply related dues of Torrent Gas at the time of my tenant leaving the rented premises either on completion of rent/lease period or otherwise. Further I undertake that in case my tenant vacates the premises without clearing the utility’s dues, I shall take the responsibility to make such payment to Torrent Gas on behalf of my tenant. I have read all the Terms & Conditions (available at Download section on https://connect.torrentgas.com website) applicable to avail the Domestic PNG Connection and the same are acceptable to me/us.
